Rand

Rand is a planetary system orbiting a orange K-class star.  The system lies in the Bootes Constellation of the Izar Region.

The primary planet of the Rand System was isolated from the rest of the Inner Sphere. The people locked themselves on the world, separating the population from the other worlds in the Izar Region. The system has only recently started to open itself up to the other Inner Sphere worlds.

Rand’s primary planet is a habitable world covered in deserts and savannas. The planet contains around 20% surface water, primarily located in a single ocean. Little is known about the planet’s surface conditions, as the world has been isolated from the Inner Sphere.
