Lassiter

Lassiter is a binary, planetary system orbiting the smaller, yellow G-class star.  The system lies in the Lepus Constellation of the Betelgeuse Region.  The red giant Lassiter A is the larger star in the binary star.

Lassiter is an isolated system sitting in between multiple regions, far from any of the regional centers. The majority will simply pass through this system as it’s along the primary jump route between the Betelgeuse and Canopus Regions.

The Primary Planet is a metal rich world that has quietly grown a modest population. Based mostly around mining colonies, the population is spread across the surface. Valuable metals are the planets main export, sending them to the distant regional centers.
