Jump Station

Overview A Jump Station is an enclosed city or space habitat that is either attached or orbits a Jumpgate.  The primary purpose of a Jump Station is to allow ships to dock while they wait for their turn to enter the Jumpgate and Jump Space.  There are two types of Jump Stations, a Long-Distance Jump Station is for Jumps longer than 50 light years, while a Short-Distance Jump Station is for Jumps less than 50 light years.
